Eavestroughs: Crucial for the Condition of Your Home
Your eavestroughs (also known as gutters) are nearly as crucial as your
roof when it comes to preventing water damage and maintaining the
condition of your home. They’re responsible for draining the water off
of your home; if they get backed up, the dammed up water can leak into
your walls, damage your shingles and lead to mold and mildew. Gutters
can break due to ice or debris buildup and require repairs or
replacement.
Fascia and Soffit: Installation and Maintenance
The fascia is found at the edge of the roof and can be used to hold the
gutter. The soffit is below that, and forms the underside of the eave
that connects to the house. These elements are also crucial in keeping
